Join Coed Cadw – the Woodland Trust in Wales – for a free information exchange seminar and guided site visit to discuss ancient woodland restoration in practice on  Tuesday 17 November 2015 – 10.00 am to 3.30 pm, Plas Power Wood, Coedpoeth, Wrexham.

A great learning and networking opportunity for owners and managers of ancient woodland, particularly of sites where native broadleaves have been replaced by non-native conifers.

Plas Power Woods is a Woodland Trust-owned site which has been under active restoration for many years.

Event details:
The day will include:
– Morning presentation and discussion.
– Site visit to look at progress in the restoration of this Plantation on Ancient Woodland Site (PAWS).
– PAWS assessment exercises.

This FREE event is aimed at woodland owners and professionals;
